Backup – EHSConsult Emergency Procedures Flip Charts
I passed out the flipcharts in today’s Health & Safety Committee meeting and everyone was super impressed. Even the CEO commented on them! NICE WORK! Thanks for hanging in there with me.

EHSConsult produces three types of flip charts —
Standard, Vinyl Sleeved, and Interactive:
1. VINYL-SLEEVED FLIP CHART:
A pre-fabricated flip chart containing a tiered series of durable vinyl sleeves, wire coil bound together with a firm plastic backing, drill-holed for hanging. Sleeve inserts are printed on 100# cover white matte or gloss paper.
- The printed insert pages are replaceable. You can order replacement pages from EHSConsult, or print them yourself.
- The minimum order for vinyl-sleeved flip charts is 25.
- Vinyl-sleeved flip charts are available in 12- or 16-page configurations only.
2. STANDARD FLIP CHART:
A sequence of tiered page sizes are printed on 100# cover white matte or gloss paper, and bound together to form the flip chart.
- Since the pages are bound together, they cannot be replaced.
- The chart comes standard with a firm, poly backing, wire hanger with thumb notch or a rigid vinyl hanging tab (with a choice of colors), and a clear acetate cover sheet. Optional: rigid vinyl front cover (printable, with a choice of colors).
- Optional: we can add up to two 8.5″ x 11″ vinyl sleeves to the back of the standard chart in which you can place your own printed content.
3. INTERACTIVE:
EHSConsult also offers an interactive PDF file for you that can be used either as an additional resource when you order printed flip charts, or as a standalone product, that you can access from your phone, electronic pad, or computer. We can implement your customized content, or you can use our generic content (see Generic Flip Chart Content). Click on either sample image file (below) to demo it; or download a file by right-clicking on it, then select “Download Linked File,” to test it on your device(s).
- Clicking on a topic from the first page (table of contents) of the PDF file navigates down to the content for that topic. You can navigate back up to the ToC page from anywhere in the interactive file by clicking on a “TOPICS” button, placed at the top of each page within the PDF file.
- The Interactive flip chart includes click or tap web links and auto-dial phone numbers.
- To use the Interactive PDF file on your iOs device, use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- To use the Interactive PDF file on your Android device, you can use one of the following apps:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
